Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.

International Orders

Please note that for international customers, any shipping costs associated with exchanging items will be the responsibility of the customer.

 

 

We DO offer a Lifetime Warranty.  Almost every SAINT RUE leash, collar + harness comes with an unconditionally guaranteed for life warranty. If your accessory ever gets accidentally damaged or scratched during normal pup-related activities (including chewing!), we’ll happily replace it. Read more here.
